Patient Portal & healow® App

The patient portal is available for non-urgent medical communication only, such as general questions, controlled medication refill requests, or routine follow-up concerns. Non-controlled medications, please contact your pharmacy first and  allow up to 72 hours for a response.


Please do not use the patient portal for urgent or emergent medical issues.


If you are experiencing symptoms that require immediate medical attention or believe you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.


To make managing your care even easier, we encourage you to download the healow® App on your mobile device. The healow App is a convenient tool that allows patients to securely access their health information, communicate with their medical provider, and review lab results.
