This refers to the unique combination of specialty training your physician has in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Drs. Womble, Outlaw and Capps are board certified in both specialties.
Essentially, this is like having two doctors in one person – a physician who provides in-depth, comprehensive care for all ages.
- Clinic and hospital care.
- Well and sick baby care.
- Immunizations and injections.
- Preventive medicine and sick care for adults.
- Routine office gynecology (Pap Smears and postmenopausal care).
- Minor office surgical procedures (skin biopsy, mole excision).
- Physicals for work, school, sports, etc.
- Audiogram & Spirometry (asthma, emphysema) testing.
Simply call us at 919-380-7531 during office hours and we will be happy to schedule and appointment.
Please inform us of the nature of you visit to that we can schedule an adequate amount of time to meet your needs.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit in order to complete registration information or complete the (new patient packet) from our forms page prior to your arrival.
Please give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid an additional charge.
- 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Thursday
- 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on Friday.
If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 and go to the nearest emergency room.
If your problem is urgent and requires immediate advice, call the office and follow the prompts that are given to be able to leave a message for the doctor on call.
Prescriptions, referrals and non-urgent conditions must be discussed during regular office hours.
If you require examination urgently after hours, you may be referred to a local urgent care center or the hospital emergency room.
A small fee may be charged for after-hours phone calls.
Any useful prior medical records, immunization records, list of current medications (prescription and over the counter) and your current insurance information.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or have signed permission from the parent for treatment.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit (cash, check, Master-Card or Visa).
Co-payments may be collected at “check–in” to expedite the “check-out” process.
It is your responsibility to make us aware of any changes in your insurance at “check-in” and to present your insurance card.
